"Highly recommend Champion Air Systems. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate us with the uneven airflow throughout our 17 month new Home. They redid ALL the duct work in the attic at no cost to us. Tommy Reaves, Svc. Mgr. spent a long time time at our home a month later when air distribution was still not fixed. He was very informative and most kind. Clyde Goins, Service Tech, came to install a new much more expensive thermostat on the main floor with a sensor in the Master Bedroom. Clyde was outstanding with his explanation on everything he did. He was extremely kind and is an asset to Champion Air. Customer service is A+++++ Heather, the Office Mgr., whom I spoke to numerous times on the phone, is wonderfully, kind and helpful !! Champion is a "Class A" company. "

"I just had to replace my heating and air after having the same unit since 1984. I did my homework and had several companies come to my home and give estimates. By far Champion Air Systems out shined the rest. Dealing with Clyde Goins was a pleasure and he made sure I understood all that needed to be done. He explained every detail and gave times frames that made it easy for me to take off work. The installers were detailed and clean very professional with their work. I thought it would take all day to install but within 3 1/2 hours I was as they say" sitting cool again " Again thanks Champion for making a hard decision easy. I would recommend Champion to anyone. "

"We have been using Champion Air Systems for 11 years now and their customer service is excellent. We are very pleased with the service we have received. Recently, Heather worked me in to their schedule on short term notice to check my upstairs unit that was not cooling. After the technician determined that it was not a Freon problem, but an actual leak in the unit, Heather coordinated with the installers to come back and install a new unit in a timely manner at a reasonable price. In short, I would recommend Champion Air Systems to anyone for maintenance and/or repair of their HVAC systems. "

"Champion has serviced our office for several years, and we have been very pleased with both the staff and service. When our system at our home went out in mid-May, I knew exactly who to call. The system was replaced quickly, and we were also pleased with the price. When I have questions on the "what, how and why", the technician takes the time to explain the situation and offers suggestions for best use of our equipment. You won't be disappointed with Champion! "Chris at Champion Air Systems did a wonderful job repairing our HVAC system. I had two other companies come out who failed to properly diagnose the problem which turned out to be a Freon leak. "No one likes to replace their old air conditioning and heating units but alas there always comes a time for this to occur. I had the good fortune of using Champion in the past to repair my air conditioner, it being acknowledged they rescued me from the maddening heat at that time. They were efficient and honest and wa-la my place was cool again. I believe in sticking with those who provide good service and therefore when it came time to replace my air conditioning and heating system I called on Champion again. As before they were efficient in terms of getting the job I needed to have done completed in a timely fashion, whereas I believe I was provided with a competitive price. I would recommend that anyone who has air conditioning and heating needs contact them for their assistance. "

"Today a technician from Champion Air Systems visited our home and replaced a dual capacitor in 1 of our air conditioners; honestly, the technician was the epitome of professionalism. He was very respectful of our home, extremely knowledgable and answered all of our concerns. He even has a sense of humor ! This is truly a awesome company that understands Customer Service! "I could not have asked for a better organization to replace our A/C units. Not only were they competitively priced (and trust me, I shopped the price), they were excellent at what they did. We needed new units in the middle of Summer and they helped spec and put in the most appropriate unit. Its rare that a company will tell you that the system you're looking at is overkill for your house, and rather than taking the money, they put me in the right system for our property. Our new a/c units are fantastic, they worked great from the first day. The installers were pleasant and explained the process every step of the way to satisfy my overly detailed requests, all while installing it in a 150 degree attic. Thanks for keeping our house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. My entire family appreciates you all! "

"I love my nice cold air now!!! I had an old 16 year system and when I needed a new one Champion was one of 4 contractors I had come out. Brad was right on schedule, took his time with me and gave me a great price and even financed it also. "I am a CNA and one of my clients who is a disable Veteran's heat went out a week or so ago before the cold weather hit. We called several different companies around the Canton/Woodstock area and Champion Air was the only company that came through. Not only did Champion come the same day we called they also took care of this elderly couple. Thank you so much Champion Air. I highly recommend Champion Air to anyone who has a heating or air problem. My faith in humanity is higher because of Champion. Thank you to all Kelly, Ryan and the lady in the office who helped out. Great customer service from these people."
"Our system went out last week, during the hottest temps this Summer. I called Champion and the came out and looked at the system the same day.
I knew the system was old, as in the past we had to hit it like "Fonzie". They were able to replace the whole system the next day.
The house never felt so good. Not only that, if it wasn't for the new system, I wouldn't have noticed they were even there, as they cleaned up after.
If anyone needs a heating and air company, I totally recommend CHAMPION AIR."
"Great experience with Champion Air Systems. Highly recommend. My AC unit stopped working during a heat wave. I called several companies to come out and fix and most were unavailable for 2 to 5 days. Heather at Champion found a way to fit us in on the same day I called and sent technician Mark out to the house that afternoon. Mark quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed our unit in less than 30 minutes. Mark was very professional. Our AC is working perfectly and their price for the fix was extremely reasonable. THANK YOU CHAMPION AIR SYSTEMS!
